Lock401 Delivery Protection allows you to order with confidence - if your order is lost or damaged, we can expedite the replacement process, instead of waiting for the carrier to investigate.
- Without Protection full responsibility for the package is transferred to you at the moment of shipping. Any claims for loss or damage must be addressed directly with the delivery agency.
- With Protection Lock401 remains fully responsible for the package right up to delivery. If the package is lost or damaged, the package can be immediately resent (within 48h) upon receipt of proof.
Please note - any packages that are damaged on receipt (IE, box or plastic sachet are broken open) must be refused and not signed for.
