What's included?

• Quick Jim
  Many outcalls are for doors that are simply "day-latched" - closed but not locked. The Sparrows Quick Jim is built to bypass back-facing latches - very common in offices and commercial / industrial buildings. With its innovative head and stainless steel construction, it outperforms and out lives other similar tools such as 'door-knives'.
  

• Sparrows Ultra-decoder
  The Sparrows Ultra Decoder is a super-thin blade (0.2mm!) that has two uses: rapid decoding of combination-wheel locks, and also serves as a bypass tool for many oval padlocks.
  
  The Ultra Decoder is built to last - high quality, high tensile spring steel and a molded plastic handle makes this a tool you'll have for a long time.
  
  
• Thumb-Knob Euro Drivers
  The Thumb-Knob Euro Drivers are purpose-built tools to bypass European profile "thumb-turn" cylinders. The driver is inserted completely, and when turned, actions the cam - completely bypassing the lock mechanism

• Code Lock Bypass Blade Tool
  The Code Lock Bypass Blade is a simple yet very effective tool for bypassing Code Lock combination locks. Remove the weather insulation around the lock, insert the tool to reach the spindle and turn the tool - and it's open.
  
• Padlock Bypass Combs
  Combing is one of the easiest techniques to bypass padlocks. Push in, push down, turn and open. Almost as quick as the original key!
  
  These are not generic combs: the innovative thin tips allow for wide compatibility, and the tools are optimised for strength.
  
  
• Padlock Shims
  Exploiting tolerances in manufacturing, shims slide into the gap between the padlock body and the shackle, and when turned depress the locking mechanism, releasing the shackle.
  
  The set consists of four sets of different sized shims to match the vast majority of padlocks - 20 pieces in total.
  
  
• Plastic Shims
  

  Plastic Shims are professional version of the "credit card" trick, used to quickly open day-latched (closed but not locked) doors and windows. Every single lock professional has at least set of these shims.
  

  By sliding into the gap between the door-frame and the door, the latch is pushed back, opening the door. Most doors can be shimmed in less than a minute; plastic shims are also very effective against hotel room doors.
  

• Coffin Jiggler Keys
  

  Coffin Jiggler keys are a mix between rakes and skeleton keys.

  Designed specifically for wafer locks, but also compatible with some pin tumbler locks, the Coffin Jigglers are strong enough that you don't even need a tension wrench - simply insert, jiggle and open.
  

• Warded Skeleton Keys / Picks
  

  Standard picks can't pick warded padlocks - but they can definitely be picked with the Sparrows Warded pick set.
  

  Operation is simple: use each pick as a skeleton key, and the lock will open - the tools are strong enough that no tension wrench is required.
  

• Ultimate Door Bypass Wire Kit
  Locksmiths and pentesters alike come across "Day-latched" doors - or doors that are closed but not locked - on a daily basis.
  
  Depending on the door type, it might have a front-facing or back facing latch. Front-facing latches, typically found on internal / office doors are easily opened with the Plastic Shim Kit. External doors with back-facing latches require something else to depress the latch - bypass wires.
  
  Designed and manufactured by Lock401, these 10 tools will open any latched door - no matter how complicated the door frame.
  
  
• Ripcord Garage Door Bypass Tool
  The Ripcord is designed to hook and engage the safety mechanism in garage door systems. Slide in the top, hook the cord and pull firmly - and the garage door can be opened manually - in a matter of seconds.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes:

For European Customers, orders over 100€ have free shipping.

For International Customers, orders over 250€ have free shipping.

Customers that qualify for free shipping can still select rapid shipping options.

When will I receive my order?

Average order times can be estimated below.

Average shipping estimates can be seen by selecting the destination country / region below.

While actual shipping times may vary - these estimations are built off our real delivery statistics. To receive an order as quickly as possible, we recommend:

• Use the express delivery shipping method
• Use same day shipment by placing the order before 12PM GMT+1

Where do you ship from?

All items are dispatched from our EU-based warehouse. You will receive a tracking number upon item dispatch. The address used on your purchase is printed as a label - please double check your address to avoid mistakes.

When will my order be dispatched?

Lab401 dispatches orders Monday - Friday.
All orders placed before 12PM GMT+1 will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after this cutoff time will be dispatched the next business day.

For example:

• An order placed Friday, 9AM GMT+1 will be dispatched the same day.
• An order placed on Friday, 6PM GMT+1 will be dispatched Monday.
• An order placed on Saturday will be dispatched Monday

What shipping options are available?

We provide four types of shipping:

• EU Standard Post
• EU Express Post
• International Standard Post
• International Express Post

How are import duties / customs handled?

For all European Union destinations, all shipments are DDP - Delivered Duty Paid. This means all applicable VAT/TVA, shipping costs and customs fees are pre-paid.
You will not be charged by the courier service / post office or customs.

For all destinations outside European Union, all shipments are DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your country's custom service impose a VAT/TVA/Import Duty on your shipment.

I am charged VAT ?

Lab401 (ETOILE 401 SAS) is an EU-Registered entity. VAT is applicable to purchases delivered within the EU, with exceptions for VAT Registered entities. VAT is calculated at checkout. For your convenience, you can browse Lab401 with prices Including VAT and Excluding VAT.

Sales are contractual

Please note - a purchase is an explicit agreement of our terms and conditions. Any products refused by clients will not be refunded.

Purchase Security Validation may be applied

To protect against credit card fraud, orders may be flagged for Purchase Security Validation. In this instance, we will reach out to the customer to perform a manual verification process.

Orders that are flagged for Purchase Security Validation are considered to be incomplete until validated. Our delivery deadline obligations begin only when an order is validated.

Delivery Protection

Is my delivery protected?

All Lab401 shipments are insured with the carrier.

We also provide an advanced insurance, Lab401 Delivery Protection.

Lab401 Delivery Protection means we remain fully responsible for the package right up to delivery. If the package is lost or damaged, the package can be resent immediately (48 business hours) upon receipt of proof.

For orders without Delivery Protection, lost or damaged packages will pass through the carrier's protocols, which can take up to 30 days.

For orders that are time-sensitive, we recommend Lab401 Delivery Protection.

Delivery Protection can be purchased at checkout easily and cheaply.
